Our Founder
Niki’s experiences as a high-performance athlete and value-driven professional fostered her tremendous insight into how people unknowingly limit their own success. Her life journey has culminated into a quest to discover what IS possible. Determined to help others, Niki asks powerful questions, and listens with intent as she leads those hungry for change down a life-changing path by uncovering barriers and hidden, limiting mindsets. Niki is blessed with a rare ability to guide brave self-disruptors through the messy and uncomfortable places and get them on the pathway to a consistent level of performance they never thought possible.
